AdsOvernight is a brand of Buzzword Strategies LLC. Here is every piece of data we hold and why.

What we collect

• Your brief. Everything you type into the order form: business name, what you sell, your offer, your customer, your proof, your competitors, your style picks.
• Your files. Logos, photos, brand kits and any winning ads you upload.
• Your email. So we can send your receipt, your delivery link, and questions about your brief.
• Payment. Handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers and we never see it.
• Basic analytics. Page views and ad attribution through the Meta pixel, so we know which of our own ads work.

What we do with it

We build your ads with it. That is the whole list. Your brief and your files are used to make your batch and to answer you when you write in.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make the thing work: Stripe for payment, Supabase for storage, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting, and the AI models we use to generate creative. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

Your brief and your finished batch stay available so you can come back for the files. Ask us to delete them and we will, inside 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting.

Your delivery page

Your vault is protected by a random PIN in the URL and nothing else. It is not indexed by search engines. Anyone holding that link can see your files, so do not post it publicly.

Your rights

Email us and you can have a copy of everything we hold on you, a correction, or a deletion. No forms, no hoops.

Cookies

We use a Meta pixel for ad attribution, and local storage only to stop a purchase being counted twice. No advertising cookies beyond that. The order form does not save a draft, so finish it in one sitting.
