AdsOvernight is a brand of Buzzword Strategies LLC. When you buy a batch, this is the deal between you and us. Plain words, no lawyer theatre.

What you buy

A fixed number of ad creatives built to the brief you fill out at checkout. Two sizes:

• 100 creatives for $199, in your vault the next business day.
• 200 creatives for $399, in your vault within 48 hours.

One flat price, paid up front. No retainer, no subscription, nothing renews. You buy a batch, you get a batch.

How we deliver

Everything lands on a private page at adsovernight.com/DELIVERY/ plus your PIN. We email you the link the moment it is live. That link is your login, so treat it like one. Anyone you send it to can download your files.

The clock starts when your payment clears. If your brief is thin on something we need, we email you and keep building around it.

What we need from you

• You own, or have the right to use, every logo, photo and piece of copy you upload.
• The claims you give us are true. We build ads around what you tell us, and we cannot verify your results for you.
• Your business is legal where it operates.

We will turn down work that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or built to deceive people. If we do, you get every cent back.

Who owns the ads

You do. Once you have paid, the creatives are yours outright, to run, edit, cut up and reuse anywhere, forever. We keep the right to show work we have made in our own portfolio and ads. Tell us in writing and we will leave yours out.

How they get made

We use generative AI as part of how we build, directed and checked by people. That is how one flat price buys a hundred creatives instead of three. Your uploads are used to build your batch and nothing else.

What we do not promise

We build creative. We do not run your ad account, and nobody can promise what an ad will do in an auction we do not control. We do not guarantee sales, leads, ROAS, or that a platform will approve any given ad. Ad platforms make their own rules and change them without telling anyone.

Nothing here is legal, medical, or financial advice. If your industry is regulated, have your own compliance people read the copy before it runs. That part is on you.

Liability

If something goes wrong on our end, our total liability is capped at what you paid us for that batch. We are not on the hook for lost profits, lost ad spend, or knock-on losses.

The boring bits

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. If we change them, the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to your order.
